While I’ve spent my career in big corporations, small business has always been in my blood. I grew up in a small business family and started out by washing dishes at my parents’ Italian restaurant. My Mom, Dad and Brother(s) have all operated their own business and I understand the commitment that it requires.
I studied Business at SMU, knowing that I eventually wanted to run my own company. I decided to Major in Finance since this would allow me to understand the “nuts and bolts” of a P&L and how to most efficiently run a business. After 10+ years in Corporate Finance, I’ve held roles embedded in Operations, Marketing, Strategy and Sales.
In 2012 I earned my MBA from UT – Austin, with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Operations. I’ll leverage my formal education and a breadth of experience across functions and industries to drive the continued growth and profitability of my future business.
